What is included & how pricing works
- The listed package includes door panels, hardware box, springs, tracks, shaft and weather stripping.
- Struts and punch angles cost extra; any complimentary strut eligibility must be confirmed.
- Custom dimensions use the next larger listed size as a reference and require cutting and a confirmed quote.
- “Quote required” means a price or option needs confirmation. “Unavailable” preserves an N/A entry in the price list.

What does the online price include?
The base estimate covers one door package in CAD, before HST. The listed package includes panels, hardware box, springs, tracks, shaft and weather stripping. Installation, delivery and additional options require a separate confirmed quote.
Can I choose windows or a custom size?
Yes. The builder includes catalog window layouts, glass options and custom dimensions. Compatibility, cutting requirements and extra costs need confirmation for your selected size and series.
Is the preview an exact picture of my door?
The preview helps you compare proportions, panel styles, finishes and window placement. It is an illustration. Confirm your colour with a physical sample and the final layout with your quote.
Where do you provide service?
JK House serves the Greater Toronto Area. Include your city when you contact us so we can confirm service availability and any delivery or installation details for your location.
